To submit your child for consideration, e-mail the following information to newtalent@kidstalent.net

Subject: Submitting + child's name
(i.e.: Submitting Jane Doe)

- Child's Name

- Child's Date of Birth

- Parent's Name

- Phone Number for Contact

- City, State

- Two (2) Photos of Child - only 2!

Important: If submitting more than one child, submit all children together in one single email.
